Aviom's Pro16 and Pro64 Series offer a modular approach to building digital snakes for live events and installations—even those requiring frequent changes in I/O locations. The ease with which Aviom systems can be reconfigured makes them far more flexible and cost-effective than products with fixed size and limited expandability. With an Aviom digital snake, adding more I/O or multiple digital splits is as simple as plugging in a Cat-5 cable: no complicated addressing or programming is required.
Aviom digital snake systems are simple to design, install, set up, and operate. Flexibility to Reconfigure and Expand
An Aviom digital snake lets you create any number of lossless digital splits, reconfigure a system for different jobs or productions without complex reprogramming, and expand as your needs change.
The Pro16 system supports up to 64 channels on a single Cat-5 cable (up to 32x32, 48x16, or 64x0) with unlimited lossless digital splits and offers cable runs of 500ft/150m between every device.
The Pro64 Series maintains the simplicity of Pro16 while at the same time providing network-style flexibility and additional features, including remote-controllable mic preamps, digital I/O, integrated fiber optic connectivity, higher channel counts, and sample rates up to 192kHz±.
Both Pro16 and Pro64 digital snakes can be integrated with a new or existing Aviom personal mixing system.
