Aviom's Pro64 Series won the M.I.P.A. award for best Sound System Technology. |
Aviom returned from this year's Musikmesse/Prolight+Sound in Germany with the M.I.P.A. Award for best Sound System Technology for its Pro64® technology. The award was given by the Musikmesse International Press Association on the vote of more than 100 member publications from around the world.
In accepting the award, Carl Bader, Aviom's president and CEO, said, "Users around the world are recognizing the importance of the technological breakthroughs made with A-Net® and are seeing the ways Aviom's technology simplifies their design process while improving the flexibility and fidelity of their systems."

At this month's NAB show, Aviom's 6416m Mic Input Module, our remote-controllable 16-channel mic preamp for Pro64 networks, and its companion products, the RCI Remote Control Interface and the MCS Mic Control Surface, made their US debut.
If you didn't have a chance to see the Ultimate Mic Pre at NAB, be sure to check it out this June at the InfoComm show, where it is a finalist for the InfoComm/Rental and Staging Product Award in the Best Audio Control or Mixing Product category. A panel of industry experts nominated the 6416m for this award, and now we need your vote on the Rental and Staging website.

The five-piece Charlie Hall Band has been touring with an Aviom monitoring system since August of 2005. Drummer Dustin Ragland appreciates the flexibility of the system because the band travels often and works with various different sound systems.
