Firmware version 2.41 (or higher) for the 6416Y2 Firmware version 2.00 (or higher) for the 6416m When using the m-control console remote control features with the 6416Y2 A-Net Interface Card and 6416m Mic Input Module, the following intermittent issues can exist. 1. LED Refresh on 6416m After a scene recall from the Yamaha console, the 6416m Pad LED will not refresh and show the current setting. If an MCS Mic Control Surface is connected to the Pro64 network, the MCS will show the proper state. To re-sync the 6416m Pad LED, perform any parameter change on the 6416m channel. This happens only occasionally and only when you have 64 channels active across four 6416m units, with all 6416m modules assigned to the same remote control group. 2. 6416Y2 Card Loses Sync With 6416m If one or more network devices other than the 6416Y2 card are power cycled causing the network to re-enumerate, remote control messages from the 6416Y2 can be directed to the wrong 6416m, causing the message to be ignored. Power cycle the Control Master device to re-sync the network. 3. 6416Y2 Card and Sample Rate Changes Remote control of some 6416m channels can be lost after a sample rate change (from 48kHz to 96kHz and back). To regain control, power cycle the Control Master. =========== COPYRIGHT =========== Copyright (c) 2008 Aviom, Inc. All rights reserved.
