If your Aviom product needs to be returned or needs repair*, please complete the form below. If a return is required, Aviom will contact you within two business days with your Return Authorization (RA) number. This RA number MUST be written on the outside of the box in which you are returning the unit to Aviom. Please DO NOT send a unit back without an RA number as we will have no means to track it or verify receipt.
* Please note that legacy products built before 2006 with serial numbers lower than 50,000 can no longer be repaired at Aviom in compliance with the RoHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances) laws. This applies to A-16, A-16II and A-16R Personal Mixers, AN-16/i, AN-16/i-M, AN-16/o, and does not apply to currently manufactured products.
All returns and repairs should be shipped to our corporate address.
