Guitarist, Singer, Songwriter Zelia Fonesca Records at the ArtSpaceHotel
Imagine rehearsing or recording with a view like this. Opening soon in southern Portugal is the ArtSpaceHotel, a resort designed specifically for artists, art lovers, and their friends and families as a creative space that is fully equipped to support their artistic efforts while enjoying the tranquil views and relaxing environment of a vacation resort.
The resort can act as a recording facility and is set up so that artists can record in any space that inspires them in the moment: a traditional studio, in the main lounge area of the hotel, or even poolside. One of the technical elements that makes this flexibility possible is the Aviom Pro64 network that connects the various spaces throughout the hotel. In addition to the Aviom digital audio network, the space is also outfitted with Aviom A-16II Personal Mixers for artists to use.
In fact, as a special guest prior to the official opening of the ArtSpaceHotel, guitarist, singer, and songwriter Zelia Fonesca, formerly of the well-known Portuguese folk rock duo Rosanna & Zelia, just finished recording her latest album at the hotel.
Here Zelia and the band make use of the hotel space and get comfortable as they work on a recording.
And below popular jazz artist Marcio Turbino, a Brazilian currently known for being one of the most popular jazz artists in Germany, records a flute part for the upcoming Zelia Fonesca album.
Not a bad way to work on a recording, right?
